Declare

• that he/she has carefully read the cableway regulations displayed at the ticket office and on the website www.lagomaggiorezipline.it and that he/she has understood their contents and accepted them unconditionally. In particular, that he/she and/or the accompanied minor(s) will access the cableway only after:
  • having viewed the route remotely and being aware of its characteristics;
  • have carefully listened to the instructions given by the staff during the technical and practical briefing that will be held at the starting point and undertake to put them into practice;
  • have understood the obligation not to tamper with or alter the PPE (harness and helmet) or their adjustment and to maintain it as set by the personnel in charge;
• As a parent or companion of the minor(s) listed above, I authorize the minor(s) to use the LAGO MAGGIORE ZIPLINE facility under the conditions set out in the regulations;
• To exonerate the company Le Terre Alte srl from any liability both in relation to injuries resulting from the performance of the activity carried out (aware that any accident insurance must be paid by those carrying out the flight), and for damage caused to people and/or things, and for loss of personal items as specified in the regulations;

Noting that

• The descent along the Zipline is absolutely not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or epilepsy, people with respiratory conditions, people who suffer from vertigo, and people with physical or mental disabilities incompatible with flight safety;
• The descent is also prohibited for those suffering from psychiatric illnesses or disorders, as well as for those in a state of psycho-physical alteration due to the consumption of alcohol or drugs, as well as for anyone who finds themselves in a situation that could endanger themselves or third parties or cause damage to the Zipline system;

Expressly declare that

• The undersigned (if an adult accompanying a minor, including in relation to the latter) is in full physical and mental condition and does not suffer from any of the pathologies described above or from any other pathology and/or illness of any nature that could in any way make the descent along the Zipline dangerous for themselves or for third parties or cause damage to the same;
